Cyclo-Cross

Cyclo-Cross is typically an Autumn / Winter sport that can best be described as races that are a cross between mountain biking and road racing. The tracks are usually short and grassy (or muddy depending on the weather!) and will feature obstacles and ditches requiring riders to dismount.

Maldon CC have announced dates for the winter 2011/12 Cyclo-cross series

All events are also held at Bungalow Nursery in Battlesbridge (see events listing for details) by Maldon & District Cycling Club.
Sign on at 10:45, races start from 11:00
Entry Fee - £3.50(under-18s - £2.50)
Helmets must be worn.
