Club Clothing

The club tries to maintain a stock of clothing so that it is there when you need it but we have to balance this against the expense. We have to make payments when orders are placed, lead times on deliveries are long and orders are subject to minimum order quantities and price breaks. So all in all if is a difficult job to balance everything and with our now large membership the value of orders has become significant. Therefore to try to ensure everyone can get kit when they want it and control the costs, we need to make some changes.

Firstly, we will require a 50 % deposit from anyone placing an order. This is the only way the club can place orders of such high value. The balance is due on delivery. Secondly, we will in future place 2 orders each year:

To get on track we need to place a Spring/ Summer 2012 kit order now. This will be placed December. Delivery is expected to be February. If you require any Spring Summer kit please let me know by email to clothing@southendwheelers.org. and pay the 50%deposit.

This is the last chance to place your orders for spring/summer 2012. .

Future orders will be processed as follows:

Order placed November for Spring/Summer kit expected to be delivered in January & order placed July for Winter kit expected to be delivered in September.
