Awards Secretary

To manage the awards of medals and trophies to the winners within each race season, with engraving and distribution of trophies that are awarded, and storage of those that aren't awarded.

Data Co-ordinator 

duties – to assist the Membership Secretary with BC membership management portal, and the Marshalling Secretary/Volunteer co-ordinator and other committee members. To support and to provide statistics to the Webmaster for the website and the Press and social media secretary to reflect positive trends that can be used as part of a membership and marketing campaign. Manage local schools’ participation with results from schools’ competitions and virtual Southend schools race championships. 

Volunteer Coordinator/Marshalling Secretary

To manage the appointment of marshals and volunteers to the club race programme, and our open events, where you would liaise with the open event organisers.Thanks to member Paul Gribbon there has been a an Excel file developed for managing volunteers. Although members are potentially asked to do three duties each year, the size of the club, and number of events organised could mean less commitment from each member.
