Race at the 1-mile floodlit closed road cycle circuit, one of the longest cycle tracks in the UK. It is perfect for road cycling for people of any ability. Changing rooms, car parking & cafe adjacent.

About the event
There are two events, the club road race championship and a seperate race for 65+ women. Club Chairman Trevor Mills clubroadrace@southendwheelers.org is the championship organiser. There will be a 30 minute warm up on circuit at 10:00am. The 65+ and women's race is 30 minutes + 3 laps at 10:30 and the Senior/Junior race start at 11:15 for 1 hour+ 3 laps. If you are not a British Cycling member, a day membership is available.
