Dave Whybrow previously contacted regular Reunion attendees on 2nd September, but since then we have been forced to make some changes to this year’s Reunion lunch to be held on 6th November, 1:00pm for 2:00pm sit down.
The Skylark Hotel where we have always held the Reunion informed us this week that the suite would have to change and that their Chef had resigned and was not being replaced so, whilst the use of their kitchens was available, we would have to arrange the supply and preparation of food ourselves. This was clearly a dramatic turn of events.
We have however secured a booking close by at the Saxon Hall in Aviation Way SS2 6UN for the same times & date.
The meal will be served to tables, but we have had to choose a set 4 course meal comprising: -
Prawn Cocktail
Roast Chicken & Vegetables
Apple Pie & Custard
Tea Coffee & Mints
Special dietary needs will be able to be accommodated e.g., Vegetable Soup starter, Mixed Fruit Salad Dessert and a vegan alternative to the main course.
We shall be able to provide table wine within the previously advised price of £33:00 per head.

The Saxon Hall is a superior venue, and we feel sure our Reunion will be better than ever.
