Join us for our last event of the year – Christmas 7-mile TT
with fun time bonuses for fixed wheels, fat tyres, fancy dress and even fairy lights
When: Sunday 14th December 2025
Course: E36/7
Race HQ: Canewdon Village Hall
Sign‑on: 9:15-9:45
Start: 10:01am
Cost: Club members – £4; Non‑members £5, U18s free
Prizes for fastest rider (after adjustments!) and best fancy dress.
Helmet, Front & rear lights are compulsory
(fairy lights are optional)
Time bonuses
Fixed Wheel – 30 seconds
Fat tyres (1.5” or over) with flat bars – 60 seconds
Fancy dress* – 30 seconds
Hand bike – 180 seconds
Fully dressed winter bike** – 30 seconds
*Fancy dress in the spirit of the season, please!
**A ‘Fully dressed’ winter bike is a standard bike including full fixed mudguards, saddlebag/tool bag & pump. Rack, panniers and tinsel are optional.
Time penalties
TT bike/aero bars – 90 seconds
Aero helmet – 30 seconds
Deep rim wheel(s) (>40mm) – 30 seconds
Disc wheel – 30 seconds
Time bonuses and penalties are cumulative – a TT bike with a disc wheel attracts a penalty of 2 minutes, which will be added to your actual time. Conversely, Bonuses are subtracted from actual time.
