Pennington makes it three in a row



A sunny, but breezy bank holiday Monday saw David Pennington become the club Easter Egg TT Champion for his third consecutive year finishing in a time of 22 mins 46 secs. Second place went to youth rider Charles Langford (23:03), with third place going to Phillip Brant (25:46).



Fastest woman was Jan Harvey-Burns (26:37), and fastest veteran on Age adjustment (top left), Jennie Pennington (cent) finished second (27:46) with third place going to Anastasia Chinery (36:01) who was competing in her first TT (top right).

 

John-Paul Paduano (25:52) was the fastest competitor in the non-aero road bike category with Marc Brant (26:52) second and Barry Simpson (26:54) third. Both Phillip Brant (25:46) and Marc Brant (26:52) achieved personal best rides on the day, whilst four riders Lloyd Simpson (40:22), Simon Gretton (34:17), Anastasia Chinery (36:01) and Katie Graveling (40:56) were all competing in their first TT.


This Wednesday 3rd April is the start of the club’s evening TT programme and we are starting with a 2-up event.
