Correcting errors for success
When Toby took a tumble during a recent coaching session*, it was a moment that turned into a valuable learning opportunity. With coaches on hand, the team quickly assessed what went wrong, broke down the technique, and guided Toby through the correct manoeuvre. Back on his feet and back in control, Toby nailed it on the next run — a perfect example of progress in motion.
